Yes, No, a lot.

I don't think that they have the accessory one like in the E53 because its a factory option, so you'd probably have to go aftermarket, mixed blessing because it likely wouldn't be integrated (If possible, it would probably be cheaper to trade it) but it would be headrests, which IMO are better than the one that gets in the way of the console all the time and you have to look down to watch... $.02

Check a recent thread titled "Advanced DVD". There is a BMW aftermarket version which has screens up by the headrests.
