BLACK! It's still growing on me but I think Black is the color for the E70. You don't notice the black plastic bumpers as much. They just blend.

Good luck Bozo.

This kills me! I couldnt STAND the bumpers on the e53, but on the e70 I dont think they look bad at all. :dunno: Ive only seen the TiAg, and they look fine because they are pretty much "straight" down. I hated that little "lip" on the e53, which is only camouflaged by a 4.8 or 4.6 bumper...

Cant wait to see what the black looks like though...

On the US E70 is Voice Control standard or only part of a Pkg???/

Thank you.

you get the button no matter what, but I think w/o navi it is pretty limited, and navi makes it full featured, but I don't know for positive.

the I-Drive took me all of my delivery with the salesman (explained everything) and one afternoon of use to pretty much get used to it and know where to find everything. In my opinion, it is a very simple and intuitive system that has a bad wrap because of the I-Drive in the 7-series that is supposedly much more complicated/conveluted...

If you can handle an I-pod, you can handle an I-drive, that simple, IMO... Learning curve might be greater for some than others (if you're not used to using computers, electronics...), but once you get the hang of it, I think you'll love it.

Like any new technology, I think it's just a matter of whether or not you're willing to adapt to the latest or prefer what you're already comfortable with and don't want to learn anything new, even if it might be a more efficient system.

Both of us are a lot older than you. We like others have come to realize there's no going back to the so called "good old days" So get use to it. All you can hope for is that it gets better. Either way get your reading glassed and dive in.

And FWIW, I was in denial during the spy pic phase, but the pictures don't do the e70 justice at all. The thing is a beast! :wow:

Hi,

interesting sales person, did they sell only E53 and now E70s? no experience with 5, 6 and 7 series?

Frankly, after 6 weeks, I don´t want to say I hate I drive, but for sure I don´t love it. It´s too slow and complicate, too many steps to change radio station, for example. Of course you learn fast, but it´s not intuitive.

For me the E53 navi display was fantastic. Fast, simple, easy. No ned to read any manual. I miss it.

brgds
