Full Screen TV

Is there anyway to watch TV full screen on the main display.. I get the split screen but can't get the full screen... ? Also noticed when I got in the car today that the CD changer was busily trying to exchange discs .. I haven't even used it as yet .. it quietened down after I hit Eject !!!

Hi,

full screen TV is possible, I´ve seen something in a german borad, but no info so far. Strangely I got a full screen TV picture some days ago during a few seconds. Strange because TV was not switched on.

It´s already third time with idrive display blackout. It takes a while to recover and the car need always to be restarted.

regards
Alex

Why does your X5 have TV function? My X5 even can not play DVD video in main screen.

I believe that this is one of the great myths of iDrive. I also believed that my tv was intially full screen and that I somehow managed to make it small. But after many hours of googling i found that TV on the E70 has never been more than half the screen.
