E70 diesel available in the US?

Does anyone know when the E70 diesel will be available in the US? Any info on pricing too? I have seen that BMW has a new twin-turbo diesel with 282 HP and over 400 ft-lb torque, but does anyone know if that will be available in the E70?

If anybody has any info, please post!

Rumor has it that 2008 will bring a diesel X5.

Duh ... should have tried that first. Looks like mid 2008 with a price tag just over the 3.0si. Thanks!
