Triple chime while driving...any ideas?

O.K., this might be a really stupid question, but it's bugging me, so I am going to ask it anyway. Twice now, while driving we've heard a triple chime go off...no warning lights show, and there are no apparent problems of any kind. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know what it means?

At this point, we're ignoring it, but I'd really like to know what it signifies.

Probably the "Memo" function is turned on, which triple chimes at the top of every hour :dunno:
