Interior Choices on 4.8

Are there any "unofficial" interior choices for the 4.8?

For example, on a 3 series sedan, you can order Lemon interior with no issues, but the website doesnt list it, and the CA's wont offer it.

I really wish I knew that before we got our 3 series with sand.

Looking at possibly replacing our RRS with a X5 and would love to know our real options.
