The Euro towing hitch comes from under the car. The Aerokit has a part that covers up the hole where you click the tow hook in(under the bumper). This cover is all the way under the car and almost not visible. When using the tow hitch, you can remove this cover and install the towhook without taking off the complete aerokit.

With that said, I believe that the "towing hook attach points" are located at the upper edges of the bumbers on the front and the back, and do not interfere with the aero kit placement. I believe the square cutouts in the pic below are the "attach" points for the rear.

and don't forget you're taking a chance with someone else painting it to match perfectly...

many shops paint but not all prepp, match, and bake the paint as the more expensive one... you get what you pay for...

I kind of like the idea of ordering it already painted and just seeking someone to install the kit...

even if it will cost me a bit more...
