21" Wheel Upgrade and Leasing
Hey All,
Does anyone have experience with upgrading to the 21" wheels from the 20" sport package wheels? Will the dealership buy back the 20" wheels and credit their 'price' towards the $6000 21" wheels? Also can these accessories be included in the capital cost of the E70 and be part of the lease cost? Cheers, |
For the first part, no to a buyback, you'll have to sell the wheels to an interested person (mine went from 19" to 21"), same throughout the world.

well that bites....anyone want to buy the 20" wheels?
|
dealer bought my 19's and gave me credit towards the 20s
|
same here in Belgium
my dealer bought back my 20's when car arrived and they gave me credit towards 21's regarding the lease cost, you can put what you want in the total cost, I did and my car is ful (even the titanium grill they accepted) it's up to you now to negotiate with your dealer cheers |

As soon as I work out my options with my dealer I will let you know and give you a fair price :) Love your E70 by the way, I will be doing the same with the rear tail lights! |

Bad news, my dealer said they would only offer $300 per wheel and tire since they consider them USED...can you believe that shit?
To make it worse, BMW only allows you to residualize $1050 for the BMW accessory wheels in a lease. This makes upgrading to 21 a stupid decision for people leasing. I don't understand why BMW does that??? They would sell so many more wheel options if they allowd people to exchange fairly for credit towards new wheels! |
i would like to buy 20in wheels if they are the ones i like. my name is brad my # 215-416-7240.please send pictures.thanks.they also have to be run flats.
