Keep in mind no free maintenence by MB, and they have quality issues. Maybe you can join the members in this thread.

I too would have prefered the V8 Diesel wich is not available in the M Class in CDN.
Nonetheless I was more than impressed with the 398lbs of torque with the the 320CDI hence my defection to MB.
As a goodie: a clean hitch install an no runflat tires.
And I forgot, close to 20k in my pocket.

If the BMW 3D would have been available I would probably still be in the BMW stable.

Before I bought my X5 I went to a BMW dealer and asked the sales person to give me a comparison between ML and X5 (convince me so to say).

he looked at me and said: "well, no point - you are not old enough to drive an ML"

Being in my 40s it worked. I forgot about the ML on the spot... LOL

hahaa thats classic man. My wife said the same thing. Old folks drive MB. Im sticking with X5. IMO its nicer looking than the ML
