Dealer List Price

Hi All,

I had a dealer offer me a discount of 3750 off MSRP for a 08 3.0is with premium, tech, hud, ipod, cold weather, running boards & sat radio. I went to another dealer today and he told me that it was too close to invoice. But he did not say they would not match it. How much more do you think I can get them to go and still be realistic? What's the profit margin on 3.0 X's?

Thanks

I'm getting $2000 off MSRP w/all the options!!!

Are you guys buying cash, financing, or leasing?

marcx5 10-24-2007 08:14 AM

buying cash...

marcx5 10-24-2007 08:18 AM

buying cash... but that shouldn't matter... always discuss pricing first... then tell them how you're paying....

Indeed correct. I always negotiate the price first. That way I get the best price either for purchase or lease. If I choose to lease, it will result in a lower cap cost.
