Soft close doors in US?

Can we get soft close doors in US? If so is it part of a package or does it have to be a "special order"?

Why is that ? Safety Laws or potential litigation risk from accidents too much of a risk?

There is no real reason it is not available in the US. It is available on the M5 and 7 Series here.
