looking at the dealers in my area there are many for sale... would they go more then $5k off???

i dont think so. WHat they ca do is to give you more money for your trade-in

Depending on dealership, you will get lucky if you can get it for $1500 to $2000 over invoice. Most now are build to order, BMW has slowed down filling up there showrooms.

The 2 closest dealers here are still getting full MSRP on the 4.8's since they are all presold. They will negotiate on the 3.0's though.

I just got my 2007 4.8 last week. Paid a little less than $1K over invoice and got the buy rate on the lease figures. Deals are out there, just need to find em. I'm in Socal with about 6 BMW dealerships within a 30 mile radius from me. The dealers know they aren't the only game in town so it can get quite competitive.

MF was .0023 with a residual of 61% (3 years/10K miles per year)
