The hair dryer and dental floss method is how I did it before, except I don't know what Zaino is... I used a citrus juice to take off the adhesive that was left over on the paint, like Goo Gone I think. The older your car is, the more chance there is that the paint on your car has faded a little bit and you might be able to tell where the badges were b/c the paint there hadn't faded, the badges protected it...but nobody can tell unless they are way up close probably.

i think debadging is the most stupid thing to do !!!!

buschy 10-30-2007 08:20 AM

Thats cause your only 18 and you want to make sure everyone knows what you drive.

~KaiFy GaiwanY~ 10-30-2007 08:25 AM

we can tell the difference a 3.0 and a 4.8 even if u debadge it !! smart ass
if people in america are too stupid to realise that , then trust me , people in UAE dont need a magnifying class to tell the difference ..

and btw .. everyone knows that its an X5 !!! no need to debadge it !!

Took the words right out my mouth... Anyway, Kaify, people in America have to debadge, whereas people in Europe can order it from the factory with no badges put on. It's just personal preference anyway

We are all here as enthusiasts. Let's show some respect to one another and refrain from name calling and degrading comments. Let's all help each other and enjoy our time here.:)
