2007 3.0si titanium kidney grills?

Are there OEM titanium grilles that fit on the 2007 3.0si ? would the 4.8 grills fit?

Yes, they are identical sizes.

I like chrome inserts on black grills like thouse in 335(x)i, 5, 7 series....

Do such grills exist outside U.S.?
