Low navigation volume

I tried to find a way to turn the volume up for navigation but I couldn't.
Right now it's like "whispering" while listening to music.:confused:
Does anyone know how to make it louder??!!!

When you hear the navigation voice turn up the volume with the steering wheel button.

Do you have a Navi manual??? If not go to the home page find your's. Search the contents........
