Passport dropped the ball- we were working with the sales manager who didn't return calls or answer e-mails for a week- all he had to do was correct the sales order and we were done. When the wife finally reached him he said he had passed the order to a salesman- who then sent us another incorrectly calculated sales order- at a higher price than VOB. BMW of Sterling never did call back.

BMW are you listening??

Anyway what a PITA- glad it's over. We'll be a two X5 family for awhile- the 2001 will get winter rat status.

I understand there's a course in learning the car's systems. Six Saturdays at 8 hours per and you receive the basic I-Drive certification. ;)
