Need help
 

First of all, thank you so much for trying to help me out.

OK... My car (Inshalh) will arrive today to my dealer after 4 months waiting... (Sure I am going to take a lot of PIX). Anyway, I have requested to paint all the plastic (Yes All including the plastic strips on the doors "Moulding door" on all the 4 doors) Also I have requested to take off the roof rails.

Problem #1 I have to order new door strips "Moulding door" because if they take it off they will not able to return it back... (So, new Moulding door must be order) is it true???? (Part must order: 51137158533, 51137158534, 51137158535, and 51137158536)

Problem# 2 the roof rails can't take it off, because there will be holes on the body. (Leaking will damage thee roof) WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the solution pleaseeeeeeeeeee. Thanks again...

i dont understand why u want to take off the roof rails , it looks so much better with them ..

about painting all the plastic , its not my taste but ive seen it around ..

I don't understand why you think you need to order new door strip molding?

Yes, if you remove the roof rails you will need to buy plugs to fill the gaps. Use the search function on this site and you will see a TON of discussion on this.

I'm guessing they want to paint your door strip molding off the car?

If thats the case, then yes, once you pull it off its trashed.

I would think twice about painting the door molding or if you want the clean look then leave it off altogether.

Problem #1: The place that I took it too said that they would be able to reuse it, but I doubt it, so I just went ahead and purchased it and had it painted off the vehicle. I would not recommend painting anything on the vehicle unless it is necessary.

Problem #2: Like Wagner said you would need plugs, but do not know how long that will last or if it will seal it completely.

I want to paint all the plastic because I hateeeeee the plastic looks. And my car is Sapphira Black so painting the plastic will give better looks. Anyway Problem #1 solved (I have order the parts)

Problem #2 (I life in Saudi Arabia and the weather is very hot. Therefore, If I close the holes with plastic plugs, Then I have to replace the plugs every 3 months.) I will try to do some search.
