These were not posed, its a moment caught. and in any case, I can not be in two places at the same time.;)
this was a quick snapshoot just got lucky with bike passing by.

its not actually full BW, but what I have done to summerize quickly created a copy of the layer, desaturated about 90% or so, added layer mask and painted the color back in using the layer mask. I think I have played around with contrast somewhere in addition to what I described above, but you work with it as you see fits.
