I've got the same rims on my X5 4.4i as well - I put the Hankook Ice Bears on, and I ended up saving around $800. I like the rims - they look good on the X5.

Now if the beast would only start. I had the fuel pump replaced on Friday, and it appears to have died already. Back into the shop it goes....

Did either of your winter wheels require spacers? If so, where did you get them? I have 18" winter wheels from my old 03' Range Rover. The bolt pattern matches but when i tried to put the fronts on this weekend, the caliper just hits. I think I need 10mm spacers. Any suggestions?

There no spacers but I had to get the hub milled ID 46.4mm to fit flush with the disc, also the offset of the wheel was 40mm
I just have enough clearance with the calipers and rim weights.
I thought of putting spacers on the rear to give it a wide look that I am used to with my 20s but I may have enough tread on the bolts

how are those michelins? The tread looks less aggressive than the Dunlop ones that come with the BMW package

Also - did you get or need sensors for the TPMS...any errors?

y5choi:
The Michelin Latitude Tour HP (Zero Pressure) are one of the types that come with the 19" wheel package (stock) from BMW on the X5. I just picked up a set off ebay - sensors, style 212 rim, and new Michelins...

They are great, I had a similar type on a Honda once and it handle great even on the hiway. I also hardly hear any road noise they are as quiet as my summer tires.

I did not need/get TPM sensors and did not get any errors. I probably have to reset the FTM but since the wheel were the same Overall size I left it for my Summer setting when I put it back
