Dust in cargo area

Took a trip on a dusty road and the cargo cover is covered in dust.

Dealer says problem with lip in lower load door. But no fix yet.

Has enyone had this problem and does BMW have a fix for it?

Mine is the same....dust in the same area + road spray when the local roads have been salted down for snow or ice.......I am going to ask my dealer about it next visit but I suspect it is a design issue.
