Saw them, didn't like them. One of the other dealers actually wanted $3600 firm for the part/paint/install. I got out of there real fast.

Thanks

I am at work right now. When I get a chance later today, I'll try to take off the painted parts and take some pics of the harness install on the bumper.

I have the installation instructions (in PDF form) but I'm traveling right now and will not have access to those until next Tuesday.

Thanks. I am about to place an order for the front peice of the aero kit and the rear bumper from M Sport kit. I suspect that the rear bumper is easy to install, just wanted to make sure that I can ut the front aero kit on with ease.

Aerokit rear bumper install pic

3 Attachment(s)
Notice the center painted part is taken off to expose the black plastic harness that was screwed to the rear bumper

kyhaynes 02-06-2008 04:38 PM

I assume that this is the same for the front, right?

Awdnut 02-06-2008 05:00 PM

Pretty much the same.

For front and rear bumper there are three black harness for each bumper. On the front you install the center harness first and then the two outside harness. For the rear, you install the two outer first and then the center harness

Aero kit installation is listed in their books as an 8-hour job. I can't imagine it took more than a couple.

Good evening brian5,

Could you please send it to me so that I can judge by myself the work to be carried out to take up the aerokit before buying it and making it paint?

Thank you in advance.
