Can I retrofit disc OEM disc changer?
 

Hi, I want to start of by saying that I just found this forum and it's awesome! I just purchased a 2008 X5 3.0, alpine white with the tob. interior. I do have the tech package, but did not get the optional premium sound package. I want to know, if I was to purchase the stock 6 disc changer (the one that goes in the glove box) would I be able to install it without much hassle? Would I need the harness or program anything?
