How many dealerships have you approached?

I purchased an 08, 3.0 premium, cold weather, rear climate and iPOD/USB (List $51, 625) for $48,500. A total of $3,100 off at one of the Chicago land dealers. With as much equipment as you have on your vehicle, you should be able to negotiate $3200-$3500 if not a little bit more. The more options they have, the more margin they have to work with.

I would try several dealers as my local one would not budge below a $1,500 discount on the same vehicle. Some dealers are just in love wiht thier cars ... For me, it was worth a drive into hte Windy City to save $1,600.

Good Luck.

If you only went to 1 dealer, then no, it's not the best deal you can get. Have them fight each other's prices. For reference, I got $3625 off MSRP after talking to 4 dealerships on a 3.0si with less options than you.

As a matter of fact, one dealer (thru internet sales) stated straight up - we always do $1500 over invoice. That was just about my -$3625 figure but another dealer said they'd beat it by $200.

FWIW the dealer invoice is 92% of MSRP for the base vehicle price and dealer invoice for options is 91% of MSRP - without any incentives from the mothership

I would say ask for $57k and some floor mattes and call it a day. Make sure they don't overcharge you on any extra fees, like paint protection, etc. after the fact.
