Nice, I like the wheels. Change the grill, paint the front and rear bumpers, and I think the aero kit looks a lot nicer than the m-sport kit. Great choice!

Love the car as it is. If it aint broke, why fix it?

BTW, I think this is the 1st time I've seen the underride protection bar. Not bad at all. I think chrome grills would make it look even better.

Does anyone have experience of the 21" style 239 wheels on the X5.
I do have Adaptive Drive on my X5 but I am wondering if the change from ML with 19" wheels & Air Suspension will be severe?

I haven't seen the car yet, let alone drive it.
I bought it over the phone & took a gamble as the dealer is 170 miles away.

IMO, It looks better with the titanium grilles.

I was going to ask if they were 21"s

Very nice

Keep grill

Prefer M -Sport though for obvious reasons !

I love it or as Michelle would say :hawt:

Congrats to a fellow ship jumper and black 4.8 E70 owner. I bailed because the timing just wasn't going to work for me to be a guinea pig. The plan is for the X6 to replace my E70 in Dec '09.

I have 21" 128's with adaptive drive. So while not the 239's they should give a similar ride.
I find the ride fine and leave adaptive drive on sport as I can't feel much difference in terms of ride feel, but the car feels a lot more stable in the bends when in sport. I have test drove one prior to my purchase with has 20" wheels and could not feel the difference. Only thing I would say is the wider tires cause the car to tram line a bit on really bad roads but most of the roads near me are in pritty good nick
