Tire Pressure on my run flats
 

Just to share my experience. After I picked up my new 08 X5. I checked on the tire pressure just to make sure. To my surprise, the cold tire pressure reading was over 45 PSI when the manual called for 32/35 (front/rear). Obviously, I corrected it but hard to believe the dealer never checked this.

Bad dealer prep... I believe they are shipped with high pressure in the tires.

I would mention it to the salesman/service department at your next visit.
