Just a quick one as far as I remember: Kinda that. He used self-adhesive foil to cover the chrome window lining. Was done by BMW dealer.

i just recieved my 4.8 09 titanium silver with aero kit and black 215 21inch wheels.do you think this set up looks good or should i get the ferrric grey before I drive off the lot I have the option to change it on monday. Second question is did the ride of your X5 change after you aded the spacers in any way? I saw my car today and it looks just about rite without the spacers but could go out about an inch at the most.

with silver or spacegrey I would go for the ferricgrey 215's. the black might look too "hard"...

you will not sense a difference in riding if you use spacers. 1 inch is perfect, this is what I added to the 215's. however if you do not have the M-sportpackage but just sportspackage, 1 inch might be too much.

Well I thought I'd already seen the best black E70 on this site some time ago but you have surpassed it in style. Love the lowered & spacer look, gives it a nice mean grunty appearance, plus black on black on black :2thumbs:
