The 214 wheels from the factory come with summer tires. As with any summer tire, they turn hard as a rock below ~40F degrees. You will need to either replace the Dunlops with all-season tires or get another set of smaller wheels (18 or 19) and get snow tires/all-season tires for use during the winter.
I'm going to upgrade to 128s and will be getting all-season tires for my 214s to use during the winter. I'm hoping that as the next winter season gets closer, there are going to be some 20" snow tire options, but I'm not holding my breath.
And yes, I do need help. :p If you look at my current sig, that's my M3 with 19" snow tires. ;)
