Price Increase June 1st or May 9th?
 

Do you guys know if the price increase is effective in an order placed after May 9th or not? I heard that although the price increase is set to start June 1st, the dealers are stating it since May 9th...any info?

i wouldn't worry too much about it... i believe it's only about $300 bucks!

you're going to drop more than that in your negotiations anyway..

have them toss in mats or other items in return...

A dealer I went to said the price increase was effective since May 9th in new orders...is that true? So I'll have to pay the $550 extra. I am in CA...the last paragraph of the bulletin mentions May 9th for price protection...but I don't get it...isn't the increase effective since June 1st...it does not take BMW 2 weeks to get that car in production...can someone explain?
