Is this true for the E70?

Unfortunately my 2007 E70 isn't around for me to check!! ... if true, I wish I knew this earlier.

Another relatively new feature, introduced last year, which you may not know about: you can now use Voice Command to say the name of a city in the city input field and the street name in the street field and the system will look for a match, as opposed to having to spell them one letter at a time.

has anyone been able to find a comprehensive list of the voice command options in the 2008 x5? it is not in any of the manuals....

Page 265 - 268 very comprehensive...

My favorite is "trip computer" to reset after a fill up and check the mileage. Then "map" to go back to Nav

Just curious. Is there anywhere in iDrive where you can train the voice command to understand your voice commands better?

In MB's system, there a place where you can do this called "Individualization". It takes about 5 minutes and has you repeat a list of numbers and words. Pretty incredible. My mom who has an accent wasn't able to use the voice system in her car prior to this "individualization" is able to know.
