Is Port of Exit = VPC?
 

Sorry about starting another thread on this. I did search on VPC, but wasn't able to find the answer to my question.

Is the Port of Exit the same thing as the Vehicle Preparation Center? If not, which comes first?

I am getting a tracking message (from the 800 number) that my vehicle is being "transported to port of exit". The website says that it's in 4. At Preparation Center.
