iPHONE + Bluetooth + USB Audio (No play Audio)
 

Hi All
Are any of you using the iPhone in the X5?
I have no issues with the iPhone synching with the bluetooth, but I cant get the audio to play from the IPOD menu through the USB Audio

I also couldnt get the iPOD Touch (16GB) to work
So I am stuck on a Gen 1 or Gen 2 60GB IPOD in the car
(which doesnt bother me too much - but curious why it wont work)

As the iPhone isnt realeased in Oz yet, Im using V1.1.1 of software

I have the factory connection, and the worst that ever happens with my Iphone is sometimes when I disconnect it, it starts playing the previous song on its own.

I have no issues with bluetooth or transfers from the car. It doesnt transfer a call to the car very well. Sometimes I cant reclaim my conversation.

My ipod jack charges the iphone, phonebook transfers and music plays fine. Maybe the holdup is your iphone version? I dont know enough about it, aside from a new software release is due this month. But I'm having success on my 16gb Iphone.

Even though the iPhone isn't out there, you can still upgrade, jailbreak and unlock your iPhone. I would recommend going to firmware 1.1.2 at the very least and seeing if that helps.

No problems here... (I am running 1.1.4 jailbroken and unlocked on T-Mobile).

Hum... I'm running unlocked and jailbroken 1.1.4 and can't seem to see the IPOD portion pop up- ie. music playlist... maybe I'll try again. Everything else works.....
