Exhaust system for 3.0si
 

Has anyone installed exhaust system on their 3.0si? ACS, Hamann, Supersprint, Remus, Eisenmenn or anything?


Hows the sound compared to stock? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I wont to put on the Hamman exhaust on my X5 3.0Si E70 BMW so any one did so???

yeah the only system i have heard of that fits the 3.0 si is the bastuck.. im interested in working on a eisenmann exhaust for my car all the other ones are wayyyyyy too expensive (hamann, acs)

Remus is 1500-1600 USD including the ugly tips

I placed an order for ACS tips and upgraded to include the muffler. It is not actually that bad, around 2200 including the tips and the tips are 1100 itself. I find this quite a good deal because I paid close to 5g for techart exhaust last time.

I will post some photos and video clips when I finish installing all the ACS kit and exhaust. I'm guessing I'll be able to post everything by end of next month.

ACS exhuast are made by REMUS.

We have done a couple of Eisenmann systems and I would definitely recommend the Sport system if you are looking for a deeper growl on the car. The nice thing about Eisenmann is that they are TUV approved and stainless steel construction so the quality and fit is certainly there. The Sport system also maintains the stock interior decibel level so you avoid the droning of more aggressive aftermarket setups.

hehehe halo! I will post photos around end of July. My wheels will be shipped from United States on 7th July (I'm guessing they will be late with 4th july coming). The remaining of the kit and exhaust will ship in 2 weeks time.

I know that ACS exhaust is made by Remus, it is on their website. Brabus is also made by Remus.

I am trying to avoid Eisenmenn because their US distributor was banned since they were selling duplicated fake products. Also they only make exhaust for the 4.8.

Eisenmann is now distributed in Authentic form through IND whom we use as a source for the exhausts. You are ensured an authentic part with the proper documentation and materials. We have sold several Eisenmann exhausts since the issue of fake exhausts and have not had any problems.
