Ticking behind the dash
 
has anyone heard a very faint ticking, clicking noise behind the dash, driver side, kind of behind the steering wheel?
was like an electronic switch, come "zapping", "ticking"......

Look, Im doing my best here :)

anyone heard anything like this - very faint

Hey Juicer,

I noticed a clicking sound behind my dash and I realized it was my navigation dvd. When I removed the dvd, the clicking stopped. Obviously, that's not much of a fix because I want to use the navigation system! For whatever reason, the clicking seems to have stopped. I'm not sure if this is the same clicking that you're experiencing. Good luck.

I have this on mine but not behind the steering wheel because mine is on the opposite side (right hand drive in UK). I think it may be related the Air Con condensor/motor as it does appear to go away when the cooling requirement is less.

Im in Australia, so RHS too - the "right" side is "right"
