Panoramic sunroof upgrade???
 

is there any chance to upgrade panoramic sunroof on x5?! I heard that some guys did that!

upgrade from no panoramic to panoramic sunroof???

That would require modification to the chasis which is not going to be easy or cheap.

I recall seeing an entire casette for one for sale... I don't think the chassis would require any tweaking, but replacing the entire roof structure, wiring it all, etc... I think that even in EU, its still cheaper to simply swap the car out for one with the panoroof.
