window shads retro-fit
 

hi all, driving a loaner while they sort out the mess they made if my iDrive and there are the rear window shades which were not available when I ordered my car.

Anyone price the cost of having them out in afterwards?

The retrofit version suck, not the same. They just clip on, and are nothing like the factory version.

So they're not able to do the actual part then? Seems like it would only require a new window frame and new door panel (the top part).. they can reuse the wood I'm sure too. I'll call the dealer and see what he says.

I have retrofit version and it is awful!!!! Catastrofi!!!!! I cant belive that bmw produced this rubbish!!!!!!

I believe you install clips for the sun screen to slide behind. From the photo they're:

There may be more, I don't know since I don't have these.
