I thought the pressure listed on the placecard on the driver's door was for the OEM Tires (the run-flats) that came with the vehicle. Are you saying that BMW's recommended tire pressure for the run-flats also applies to the the non-run-flats like the Michelin? Just a little confused...

YES. Recommended tire pressure is based on tire volume (size), not manufacturer or run-flat vs. non-run-flat.

For passenger cars, the only cases that the recommended pressures do not apply are if you change tire size, or use tires with considerably different load ratings from OEM supplied.
