What Options Can Be Dealer Installed? I Need Help Backing Up!
 

The only option I got was the Premium Package. I passed on the Technology Package thinking I'll just get a Garmin for my navi needs. I also didn't think I needed any aids in backing up into a parking spot but I'm finding that this was the wrong assumption. I tried to get PDC added but it was too late into production to do so. Is it possible to get either the PDC or the Rear View Camera installed by the dealer?

Maybe a smaller car with different/better rear viz?

You would have to change your bumpers for the ones with holes for the PDC sensors. You would also need the tech pkg. & wiring for the back-up camera to work. So as far as dealer installation, you're out of luck. You may have to find an aftermarket solution; which will be much cheaper anyway. I've seen aftermarket kits for PDC sensors as well. Not sure how well they work though...

I found the retrofit instructions for the backup camera (http://www.xoutpost.com/pdf/e70/Rear%...E70%20E71.pdf). It doesn't say I need navigation...so it can be done, right?

What did the OP do? Any solutions?
