Pricing Opinion

Hi all, I'm new here. I'd appreciate a pricing opinion on the following demo car.

2007 X5 4.8
Sport Pkg
Tech Pkg
Prem Pkg
Active Steering
Cold Weather pkg

5,000 miles

Being offered in the high 40k range from a dealer.

Sounds like a good deal to me, what do you guys all think?
