Premium Package Incentive
 

In what markets is the free Premium Package being offered as an incentive? I cannot find it in Chicago or in any of the California markets.

I wasn't on the lookout for an asterisk on the BMWUSA site - I was looking at the incentive pages for KBB.com and Edmunds.com and am surprised that neither has it listed as a current incentive.
