working TV over 5 km/h
 

Hi all.

i'm from italy, new here.

i'd like to know if you have a way to make the E70 tv work during drive.
mine stops when the speed gets over 5 km/h saying that is for my safety. i'm not doubting on it, but when i'm in a traffic jam i'd like to see it !

I think it not safe to watch it while driving ! But , I heard that there are some people can do that . So, its possible :)

Anybody know if it is possible to have the TV unit installed at the dealer or is it factory only?

i don't know.
a frind of mine hasn't got the rear camera built-in. he asked for one, and they mounted a black and white one and also, it doesn't show the footprint lines.

so, i think its not possible. but you can always connect one on the video-in line. you won't be able to control it from the idrive, but i'm sure it would have a better resolution (mine is a bullshit)
