Anyone swap non-sport steering wheel to sport steering wheel?

Anyone done that by themself? Is it possible and safe to do it? I was just thinking to change the steering wheel if I pick up a non-sport E70. I found one on ebay with heated wheel button.

You will need a new airbag, the non sport AB is different.
