Service Menu for the Radio Module E70/71

Hi,
does anyone know how to access Service Mode menu for Radio Module bmw E70/71? I am llooking how to change the steps on radio.
If any one has a instraction of how to do I would be grateful.

Unfortunately this only brings up a service menu with static information that can not be modified.
Any other ideas?
How do we know that the tuner in this model is a 'world' tuner?
