Does exhaust void the warranty? (Or any other part)
 

The dealers here in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well as the BMW body shop are all telling me that any modification from exhaust to wheels to body kits will void the warranty of anything related to the part installed. So if I install exhaust they say that my Engine (Everything under the hood) and a few other stuff will be voided. With wheels, everything under the car is voided.

Anyone know something I could tell them to get them to shut up, install it, and let me keep my warranty?

I moved from CA to Dubai, and I am pretty sure there is no rule like this in the US. Could someone confirm this?

a full exhaust system could most likely void the warranty but just an exhaust tip i doubt it. rims and body kits can't possibly void the warranty...? i mean bmw sells rims and body kits themselves.

Tips are just for show, and I want something loud like the Meisterschaft Exhaust for the X5.

You are the reason I want Meisterschaft Exhaust. I saw your youtube videos, and they are just what I want. Why did you take the videos down? Nice car BTW.

Also, you were interested in Lumma. Did you find a dealer? I want the Lumma headlight and taillight trim for my X5 and maybe the hood.
