LED licence plate bulbs

I just found (and ordered) these in Germany:
http://www.hypercolor.de/index.php?c...chenlicht.html
they come with an integrated resistor so iDrive should not display any faults...
A 3 year guarantee is included
This could help board members that have difficulties with shops that either refuse or overcharge shipments to Europe, Emirates or whatever...
They will arrive in a couple of days, I will post 'before' and 'after' pictures

Looks great ! Do they help, in any way, to the illumination of the path for the rear-view camera (I see that you have one)...?

:dunno: I have not tried it yet..
my guess would be that they won't help in any way... but I'll give a try tomorrow

I just came back from a test drive...
The view in the rear view cam of objects that are close to the car (and I mean close as in the trailer hitch or something) is clearer but there's no noticeable difference on the wider view...
so back to the drawing board to improve the camera...
