Wheel torque recommendations

Torque values, 2007 X5 with 19'' wheels?. Discount tire shows 90 ft lbs. manual shows nothing as usual. What and why?

The 2007 owner's manual posted on the home page of this site shows 101 lbft, 140 Nm, on page 233. That was the same torque spec for my E53.
