The dealers around here are clueless. Of course, they will take a deposit though. Who wouldn't? Heck, I'll take a deposit as well.

I agree. All the Chicago dealers have no clue about anything. The ones that do have no ordering info on them yet.

'about mid-June' is what I just heard from my dealer with respect to order timeline. Sept. delivery. No info on price (yet).

Just don't run out and buy the first one off the production line - or you'll be typing a long rant on how you can't wait to get rid of it just like another recent post. :rofl: I would expect them to sell over MSRP just like any other new model for the first little while. I would wait at least 6 mths if not a year until the bugs are worked out...

Its hard waiting that long. Many people had tried waiting for the new iDrive which was expected in March, but they ended up buying their X before (Like me). In the long run, it is better of waiting 6 months or a year. :(

Any word on price yet? I will have to pay about 25%+ over the US price, unless I want to be the first few in the world to own it, then probably about 50%.

oh I'll definitely wait for another year after it's release for sure...to save up more money that is :rofl: :D
