Passenger Door Won't Open
 

I just replaced my passenger door handle carrier on Saturday and it worked beautifully until today when I noticed that the lock wasn't working and when I pushed the lock down (manually), after that I was unable to opon the door AT ALL. I can pull the handle from the inside and it will unlock the door, but still can not open it from either inside or outside...does anyone know what the problem could be????

Seems kind of obvious, :dunno:, you didn't have the lock mechanism lined up correctly with the release levers. Now I'm not sure how you'd even open the door to work on it again. Probably going to have to use a slim-jim and pop the lock since the lever is not connected properly to it.
