BMW NA finally got back to me. They contacted my dealer and my dealer called me within 10 mins to talk to me.. he said "So I was told that one of my agent's tried to sell you a battery ?" he said he'll find out what is going on and get back to me. I'll keep you guys posted.

UPDATE: I just got a phone call from the SA telling me they its ready with a brand new battery NO CHARGE!.. THANK YOU BMW NA
