Bilstein shocks vs KYB shocks
 

Anyone want to give their opinion on which are better rear shocks? My shocks are done and I need new ones for my 03 3.0 x5 with 90k miles. Anyone know what shocks i should get? Also the mechanic told me a need a new shock top. What is that? do i just look for the piece named shock top? or cap?
