Bought a CPO 08 3.0si w/8400 miles from out of state and took a picture after its arrived in California. Very happy about the car and the warranty good until end of Aug on 2014 :p:.

Alpine White/Premium/Sport/Rear climate/Cold weather/3rd row/Nav/rear heated/Sat radio

BTW, I choose DAS as my trucking company very happy about their speedy service and price and even washed my car. Picked up on last Thursday from NY and ready to pickup at Northern California yesterday (7 days to cross from east to west)

Enjoy the ride. I love mine. Took it out last night after 2 weeks driving my Z4. Handles almost as well as the Z and a lot more comfortable.

Congrats, and great color choice :thumbup: I went with the GP for the AE's and am pretty happy with the results. Best bang for your buck. Now, if I can figure how to access my fog lights, I can replace them with matching GP bulbs as well. Let the mods begin!

I was only looking for 07 CPO equipped with premium\Sport\Tech\rear climate\3rd row and color in white or gray but had not found any in Northern California. Found a few with the color and options I wanted in southern Calfornia but either sold it before I called or price was too high. Then, I found this CPO 08 with only 8k miles on it and the car was owned and driven by BMW corporation in NJ nefore. (I forgot which state exactly but it was in east coast) My NY BMW dealer bought it off from BMW auction and certified it. In fact, I found a lot of NY and NJ dealers selling 08 with very low miles and all are coming from BMW corporation. I make the deal for $44,300 before tax. The only things missing from my list is PDC but I took it.

That's a pretty good price for an 08. BTW, if you have the tech. pkg, you should have park distance control with it.
